Divided between two distinct buildings, the Vintage and the Tower, Calhoun Beach Club apartment homes feature fifty-seven, one-of-a-kind floor plans.We offer stylish homes from studio apartments to 4 bedroom apartments. There is a floor plan for everyone.

Distinguished apartment features include granite counter tops and cherry plank floors in our Vintage building, plus floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, a center island kitchen, walk-in closets, a gas fireplace in select homes, in-suite washer and dryer and a controlled access elevator.

Calhoun Beach Social and Athletic Club
All residents receive a complimentary membership to Calhoun Beach Club's 40,000 square foot athletic club.  Offering numerous fitness classes such as pilates, yoga, cycling, ballroom dance and host a running club, in addition to our selection of individual cardio and strength training equipment. We also feature massage therapy, private steam and sauna areas, a tanning salon and child care is available, too.  You can schedule spa-type services as well.
