All residents receive a complimentary Gold membership to Calhoun Beach Club's 40,000 square foot health club. Enjoy free fitness classes including Pilates, yoga, cycling and ballroom dance. Our resort-style outdoor swimming pool has poolside service, so you can order a snack or beverage from your lounge chair. When the weather is not cooperating, swim a few laps in our indoor pool.
Divided between two distinct buildings, the Vintage and the Tower, Calhoun Beach Club apartment homes feature fifty-seven, one-of-a-kind floor plans.
Our Vintage building features granite counters, cherry plank flooring, and gas fireplaces in some apartments. Homes in the Tower building feature floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies and granite counters in select units. There is also a washer and dryer in every home in both the Vintage and Tower buildings.
